Living on a farm is a lifestyle.  Living on a farm is a choice.  One I wouldn't change for anything.  Do I sometimes wish I could be lazy and sleep in past 0430?  Sure, but the girls need milking, the calves need their breakfast, the pigs want their treats & the chickens want you to get the eggs out of their space.  Once you see them, you forget you're tired.  Raising these animals is so very rewarding and a life I am so very thankful to live with my family.

Raising our family here on Brushy Brook Farm has been a dream come true! We are a show barn with incredibly healthy, happy cattle & pigs first but ultimately we are a true farm, raising our own food.  We raise both beef & dairy cattle that we proudly bring into the show ring as home bred animals.  We also show our home bred pigs that we work so hard to raise right.  In addition to the pigs & cattle,  that we show, we raise meat birds, laying hens & turkeys to feed our family & share with yours.
